Thank you for your patience as we continue to learn the new software system which was implemented throughout the 36 CLAMS libraries on Feb. 27.

CLAMS and library staff have been working diligently in the days leading up to and following the implementation to ensure a smooth transition between software systems, but inevitably there are unexpected glitches. Many of you have experienced problems logging into either the CLAMS catalog or Libby/Overdrive. CLAMS is prioritizing all the problems people are reporting, and successfully logging into your account and utilizing eMaterials is high on the list.

CLAMS libraries and staff are committed to working with our vendors to resolve any issues in a timely manner. The results from all these efforts will make using the new software more enjoyable than the former system and a considerable improvement.
