Get the dish on the history of American food

Our new database, “A to Z Food America,” allows you to explore American cuisine and the history of American food culture. Browse and download recipes from hundreds of cookbooks, view instructional videos on how food is made, see original TV commercials dating back to the 1940s and look at the colorful graphic art designed to market mainstream brands. You must have a Snow Library card to use this database; use the password SnoLib.
