Jigsaw puzzles are available to borrow from Snow Library. The loan period is two weeks, and puzzles must be returned to the library (please bring them to the front desk; avoid using the book drop). Our puzzle collection was created with a generous donation from an Orleans resident.
Snow Library’s Orion StarBlast Telescope may be lent out to patrons for viewing objects in the night sky, learning more about the solar system and developing an appreciation of the many wonders of the universe. The "tabletop" telescope is designed for the amateur star-gazer and requires some minor training to be used.
Our makerspace, launched in 2019 with a grant from the federal Institute of Museum and Library Services, is a spot for traditional arts and crafts activities, led by creative professionals in the Cape community as well as by library staff.
Snow Library offers free passes or coupons for discounted admission to a variety of museums, parks and other cultural institutions in Boston and around Cape Cod.
