Full STEAM Ahead for young scholars

Would you like to meet via Zoom with some other home learners? Lower and outer Cape librarians, led by Brewster Ladies Library, are taking turns offering online STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) activities for children ages 10 and up every Thursday at 3 p.m. through Nov. 19. On Oct. 22, the Provincetown Library leads a program on the National Seashore and whales.

On Oct. 29, Snow Library in Orleans leads a class in sewing mini monsters. For this program pick up a craft kit from your library. Kits available at Brewster, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown

On Nov. 5, the Eastham Library presents “The Nest Test,” a program on birds’ nests.

On Nov. 12, Truro Library gets into the science behind magnets.

On Nov. 19, Wellfleet Library will explore turtles with a host from the Audubon.
