John Root, a naturalist and landscaper, describes the essential roles played by birds, pollinators and other beneficial wildlife and provides guidance on meeting their needs for food, cover and water in this online presentation. A variety of plants that nourish these organisms throughout their lifecycles is discussed, and organic methods for establishing wildlife habitat are also presented. Handouts are downloadable, and comments and questions will be welcome at the conclusion of the program.
