Scott Harshbarger, former Attorney General of Massachusetts, continues an analysis of the strength and fragility of our democracy. He will discuss the functioning of the institutions, norms and values of democracy, the legal profession and the rule of law 15 months after the election of President Biden, 15 months into the ongoing post-Trump challenge and eight months ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.
