The final class of this course, taught by author and former WOMR radio host John Whelan, joined by Peter Gaines on piano, will conclude the exploration of the life and work of Frank Sinatra. Sinatra recorded about 1,300 songs during his long career, and that number does not count any songs he recorded multiple times. His concerts were legendary, as was his film career. He experienced several ups and downs in his life, but throughout all the turmoil, he was able to deliver great music. John and Peter will focus on the highlights of his life, his films, and his incredible number of great songs.
