The second half of this Zoom-only course, taught by Stew Goodwin, will cover recent events and their implications in the Middle East. Stew will unravel the many complications, the cross currents, and what the role of the United States, if any, might be in this area of the world. He will also cover the risks of wider conflicts and the future of the Israeli state.

Stew Goodwin has a career in international investments and has a keen awareness of global events and the potential implications they may have. He has also been a lecturer for 16 years at the Academy for Lifelong Learning and is fond of teaching others what he knows.
