Read, think, listen, discuss: how literature should be enjoyed. This four-part series led by Steve Bornemeier, M.A. Tulane University, and Jeff Bornemeier, B.A. University of Denver, tackles four novels, beginning with “The Awakening” (1899) by Kate Chopin. It continues on Oct. 12 with “Death in Venice” (1912) by Thomas Mann, on Oct. 26 with “The Ginger Man” (1955” by J.P. Donleavy and concludes on Nov. 9 with “On the Road” (1957) by Jack Kerouac.
