A seasonal resident of Eastham and a 2020 graduate of William & Mary, Haemer is an enthusiastic and introspective poet who has been writing since she was 16. Her writings focus on the topics of nature & the environment, growing up, love & loss, and current events. Her work has been published in "The Sucharnochee Review," "Short Édition" and William & Mary’s "The Gallery." Her first poetry collection "The Sands of Time" was published in 2020 by Local Gems Press. "Sensing," her second book, was published in June by Atmosphere Press.
