Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Joe Flood will be performing his selection of rock and blues music at Snow Library. Flood started his career as a street musician in Paris with the Lost Wandering Blues and Jazz band and along the way has won a Gold Record for his work with Blues Traveler. He has worked with giants of American music including Pinetop Perkins, John Sebastian, and others, and has since released five albums under his own name. Flood composed "A Troubadour's Tour of Historic Nantucket," a collection of ten songs inspired by historic sites on Nantucket Island, which was released by the Nantucket Historical Association. The concert is part of the Snow Library’s spring music series, sponsored by the Rowena Myers Trust, featuring a different performer every Wednesday through June 14. Seating is first-come, first-served, but admission is free!
