On the Court’s docket are cases involving abortion, gun rights, separation of church and state, voting rights, affirmative action, and possibly a number of significant legal issues arising out of the House Committee on the January 6th Insurrection. Retired Professor of Constitutional Law Jane Scarborough will shed light on this timely subject. Register here.
