Art history lecturer Beth Stein returns to Lifetime Learning to teach a standalone class on the Expressionist movement in Germany. The German modernists of the early 20th century were profoundly influenced by Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, and the political and social upheavals of their time. Beth will explore the resulting radical changes in the works of these artists who represent the German Expressionist movement.
