In the second half of this course, yoga instructor Susannah van de Wende will continue to show students how the phrase “movement is medicine” can be true for them. Susannah will guide students through ways to approach some yoga-like poses with the mindset of yoga so that they can have more functionality, greater stability, and perhaps less pain in their day-to-day movements. Mindful yoga offers a physical means through which to explore emotional and psychological well-being through personal patterns of posture, breath, and movement.
